oh I miss read it .. it said 1200 CFM @.100 and its 1092 CFM at .8 SP .. so .93 SP of my filter would be around 1072 CFM.. then I might need to slow it down by restriction or a controler.. thanks RR I thought it was 400 CFM

It will probably be perfect by the time you get a prefilter installed. RR

the million dollar question is even if I got that blower, could I use it in a garage and hope for low cotamination on my work?

Sure. You're going to work right up against the filter anyway. Be sure to shut off all other fans in the garage and close all the doors. You could improve your chances by making a plastic cage to work in, but if you can get rid of drafts in the room, working right in front of the center of the flowhood will work well. RR

Looks fine. You could probably also slow it down a bit. Be sure to set it on a solid table or piece of glass for sterile work. The airflow would carburete dirty air up through the slits in your workbench. I'm sure you know that-just pointing it out for others who might have a similar table/bench.
Don't forget to run it for at least an hour before beginning sterile work. I also spray the face of my flowhood with lysol before starting it up to nuke the contaminants that have settled on the filter while it was off. RR
