hello guys... i've tried to cultivate for three times.... i failed! all the times! so i am thinking to try very very carefully for one more time... if i'll fail again i will quit!!!! 100%!
I was thinking this time to go with the invitro tek... anyone who is an expirenced invitro tek user and has ICQ please find me at 32932220 so we can chat and help me.

ive followed the damn classical pf tek that the shromery sugests... which is for beginners... ive done everything correct...maybe my place is too dirty for this job,who knows

I would follow the PF Tek to the T. When you say you failed...explain? Was it contamination? Explain your previous procedures. I would stay away from the invitro tek and all other radical teks. PF is the way to go.

The invitro tek IS the PF tek for the most delcate part of the cultivation, namely substrate preparation, sterilisation, inoculation and colonisation.
It would be interesting to hear at which stage he failed...

i did everything the pf tek said.... but the FFFFFFFUUU************ING contamination appeared again and again and again!!!
green damn mold!
i always see some mycelium,get happy and then the damn green mold! and a few times cobweb mod

Anno. Yeah I know its the same. But the whole fruiting in the jar idea just looks nasty and I believe it promotes rot, and soggy nasty cubies.

if your cakes are colonized and it?s birthing you?v got a problem with then the inverto tek will work fine for you

Well thats probably one of the problems right there. I would suggest buying a pressure cooker. Oh, and a way to succeed is to follow this tek:

The advantage is that you don't have all your cookies in one jar, so if one goes bad, you can save the rest. Plus, its rather simple, since no construction of a fruting chamber is neccessary.

Is the contam problem after or before the cakes are at 100% colonization? It's strange that not even one jar survived. 
If it is before full colonization (as i suppose it is) it can mean that the prob is in your sterilization tek rather than in your environment being dirty.
Did you try a tek (which is actually for grains) that consists in boiling the jars for one hour a day during 3 days? I think it's called fraction sterilization or something like that...Consider doing it to a couple of jars to test it on BRF/verm.
Maybe you could also try grains? I used rye from the start. First times i had small yields and a lot of jars stalled or contam'ed but now i'm having good crops and almost zero contamination by using polyfill in qt. jars and casing the grain. But then again, i use a pressure cooker...
Another advice: Do a LOT of jars. That way you can experiment invitro, birthed cakes and casings. Besides that your chances of getting at least some jars colonized are bigger.

yes, most sellers accept money orders and paypal bank transfers (e-check)
so, check it out... you can pay by check, cash, money order, credit card or bank transfers (some people are even up to trades but hard to find someone who will trade).

i cant get a sclae in greece! amanitaros as i know uses a friend's scale.none of my friends have one! amanitaros also told me that he's looking to find a scale in greece for years! and he cant find one!!
