Spore Print Question

Can anyone identify this Spore Print, it's a friend of mines, but he asked if I could help get it identified, so here's a couple pics:

Also, it rained a couple hours ago, the humidity is at 96%, and it's like 80 degrees out, do you guys think it'd be worth my "friends" while to go out picking tonight?

It looks purple/black... obviously. So, it could be any mushroom species with a purple- black spore colour. That is the best anyone can do, without photos and info of the mushroom itself.
If you have not already, please refer to the forum rules:

Gathering small amounts of psilocybin mushrooms in Florida is not illegal,as long as they are fresh. This was decided in Florida Supreme Court Fiske v Florida - 1978, this is given the fact that you gather more than actives.
Doesn't really matter though, my neighbor owns the farm.

Teens busted gathering mushrooms in cow pasture [FL] http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/7249165/page/0/fpart/1/vc/1
Four teens were arrested Tuesday afternoon after a Collier County Sheriff's Office agriculture deputy found them gathering mushrooms in a cow pasture.
Zachary Lafrennie, 17, 3332 Timberwood Circle, was charged with possession of a controlled substance-hallucinogen and trespassing about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the east end of 16th Avenue S.W. in Golden Gate Estates. Lafrennie was carrying a plastic, zip-top bag containing mushrooms which are hallucinogenic and illegal to possess.
Zachary Lafrennie
In addition to Lafrennie, a 17-year-old boy, a 17-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy with him were charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Their names are not being released because they are charged with misdemeanors.
The arrests occurred after a deputy was patrolling the area and saw a Jeep parked on the side of the road with footprints leading to a cow pasture. Other deputies arrived to help search for whoever was inside the pasture. Deputies located Lafrennie and the three other teens about 500 yards inside the fenced area.
Not everything you see on the internet works out how you think it does.
Because one judge says something doesnt mean every judge will..

In anycase guys, I decided to go out picking. I guess I found a decent batch, didn't really go out for too long though. And for the record, this doesn't scare off too easily.
And Implee, I'll agree Florida has some fucked up laws, but again, I'm not too concerned. If Florida wants to arrest me for my God given right to ingest what I wish, then let them do so, I'll see them in Court. And I'll laugh when they look like the biggest assholes for arresting the P2E Charities Founder, without proper grounds.
Regardless, here's the pics:

Uuhhhh, don't eat those!!! Have you picked Ps. cubensis before??? Those do not look like them- the look much closer to the poisonous Chlorophyllum molybdites. Better pictures are necessary in this case. And a spore print. Be SURE to spore print these- cubes have purple/brown prints, C. molybdites has white spores.

Out of curiosity, I looked up the above mentioned case. Here's the cite, if anyone is interested: Fiske v. Florida 366 So. 2d 423 (1978). It's a Florida Supreme Court case.
Fiske was arrested for possessing psilocybic mushrooms in violation of a state statute. His conviction was overturned because the statute violated the Due Process Clause of the federal Constitution.
"The statute makes no mention of psilocybic mushrooms or, for that matter, of any other psilocybic organic form that grows in wild. If the statute were to specify that psilocybin was contained in certain identifiable mushrooms and were to name those mushrooms, thereby apprising a prospective defendant that possession of those mushrooms is unlawful, it would not be unconstitutional as applied."
As this case was decided in 1978, I'm going to assume that the Florida legislature has amended the statute in line with the Court's holding and that possession of cubensis will result in lawful conviction.

we're just trying to keep our members safe. but seriously, its a danger to you to keep that up. cops do look at this site. it is public domain.
especially would look bad if you were caught and you were the founder of that organization. the press would love to ruin you.
wonder what would happen if i googled the foundations name...
