Wow, 1st Flush on 1/2 oz PF jar! I've done 10-12 jars already and this is the biggest 1st flush I've had!

Clone the nicest mushrooms off that cluster
An easy way to make clones is to remove the blades and plastic threaded ring from the bottom of a blender. It should screw onto a standard size pint jar. Fill the pint jar about half full of water and screw the base of the blender onto the jar, just snug not to seal. Cover the top with aluminum foil and put it into the PC.
You'll also wanna PC some tweezers, a knife, a syringe, and the largest needle you have (14 or 16 gage but 18 will work).
PC everything for about thirty minutes and allow it to cool. Then in the cleanest environment you have available (like a glove box or a really clean draft free room) take the stem from the mushroom you want to clone wipe down the outside with some alcohol then cut off the end, peel back the outer tissue exposing the clean inner tissue, lift up the blade assemble from the jar and quickly hack off the clean piece of inner tissue into the jar then screw the blender base back onto the jar. Remember to use quick and direct movements to reduce the risk of contaminating your solution.
Give the jar a few blasts on the blender to turn the water into a mushroom slurry. Then quickly remove the blender's base and suck up the mushroom slurry into the syringe.
You can now use this to directly inoculate your BRF or grain jars or use it to start an LC. It will take a few days before you see any growth but once growth has started I've found it to be pretty fast to colonize.
It's worth practicing, you'll have more consistent results when using cloned tissue which makes the most of the BRF jars you've taken the time to prepare.

I plan on making at least 3 spore prints from the biggest/fastest growing fruits off this cake! Today I awoke to found it like this:

I have a couple of coir/coffee cakes fruiting also now. This look like they will produce alot:

I've got this strain & another strain going in bulk hpoo now..as well as some LC jars.

well a spore print will not be a sure guess you should clone!
a spore print will be the same as any spore print it could be good and it could be bad but with a clone you're sure that it will be a substrain that fruits and fruits well and almost always are exactly the same
my recommendation clone the biggest inside a cluster!
