Poor mans Pod question

Well as the title says I am using the poor mans pod, and have brf cakes cased in jiffy mixed sitting in there. I don't feel that the two dinky holes on top of the lid are sufficient enough, but the whole logic behind it with the air stones on the bottom being the fae, ect makes sense.
I was going to do the double tub holes, 2 holes about 2 inches above the perlite/wire cloth stand I have in there, and was wondering if it was a good idea. I have some polyfil to poof in there as well, but wanted to know if it was a good idea before I go fucking up my tubs. Sorry for the ridiculously noob question but I am so undecided I seek your help.

What?
Um are you talking air exchange or contamination proofing? My thoughts are that obviously the air is coming through the pump so that would be the place to filter contaminants. Also the air in the tub is being displaced so there should be air going out through the holes making it less likely that contaminants will enter. Thirdly colonised cakes are relatively resistant. The would im sure be no problem in adding extra holes and polyfill

With the pmp setup, I do not have any holes. I just rely on the air slowly releasing under the lid because it is not a complete air tight lid.

95% humidity is pleanty.
acneman wtf are you talking about? in the pmp the pump pushes air through airstones that are submerged in geolite with a few inches of water. causing humidity to rise into the fc along with fresh air. the is no filtering what so ever. its a little old school. people don't use it much anymore because there are easier setups to use, but its an awesome fully automated way to do cakes. or small casings.

I have my air pump in the DIY HEPA filter system so the air being pumped into the pods are sufficiently filtered. I have a 100gallon air pump pumping to two different pods and can put a flame to the holes on the lid and there is no flicker so I had the feeling that it wasn't enough therefore the idea of more holes came to mind.
Thanks for the input so far guys.
