Now, for step two, take a real spoon and bend that spoon in you mind, holding it really in front of you, while focusing on it (both).
Some claim it's not the mind which gave up in perception of reality.
They claim it's the spoon giving up to the power of ones perception :smile:
I hope, nobody will sit there forever, staring on spoons, testing if ones perception or the spoon is stronger :lol:

edit: I mean, it's easier to bend a real spoon with ones' hands, but not in one's mind :lol:
