Multi-Grain Multi-Compost mix w/ additives: Any suggestions?

I am organizing a list of nutrients for experimental purposes for a friend of mine to try and was wondering if anyone has any additions or suggestions. I was thinking of a 50% grainspawn and 50% compost mixture to utilize the nutrient variation of both mixes. I have gathered info from multiple sources and this is what I have.

For the grainspawn I was contemplating:
Long Grain Brown Rice Quinoa Vermiculite Spring water w/ kelp meal extract Millet Flax Seed Rye
Additives: Nutritoinal Yest bee pollen shredded coconut flour blue corn meal yellow corn meal cottonsead meal
For the compost I had been considering:
Horse Poo Cow Poo Worm Castings Coconut Coir Straw Coffee Grinds Crushed Oyster Shell Gypsum Vermiculite
Additives (added post pasteurization): Stevia Leaf Algit Kelp Meal Black Mustard Seed Blood Meal
The idea is to create the ultimate multi-nutrient mix (regardless of cost) to create the superest dank mushroom growing medium possible. I have the ratios\amounts thought about pretty well. Maybe doing an agar culture isolation spawned to LC spawned to the multi-grain mix spawned to the multi-compost mix in a 50/50 ratio? The grainspawn jars being quart, some w/ protective 1/2 of vermiculite, some without for shaking. Any ideas, suggestions, or additions? Thanks a lot!

If you mix wine, beer, and liquor together, will you get a stronger drink relative to it's volume? Keep this in mind when formulating a recipe for a substrate and compost mix.

Clever, but uninformative... what would be the weaker of the nutrients that could be done without? Where do you reach the point where versatile nutrient mix is outweighed by single superior nutrient quality? Is it just about the ratios or is it better off if certain things are omitted entirely?

Good luck....
I have since used outdoor made compost using multi-manure and MANY of the above additives. Mushrooms go nuts!

Rye berries or brown rice flour are already packed with nutrition. Flax seeds contain a lot of oil and may go rancid. There's a thread where agar advocates using a mixture of rye berries, millet, and sorghum for a wider nutrient spectrum. Vermiculite won't add to nutrition and will screw up your moisture content if you already have a good technique for grains. The other stuff seems like a waste of time, personally, but I can't really comment one way or another.

First of all, grain jars do not need a layer of vermiculite like PF Tek jars. You need a filter, such as tyvek or polyfil. Also, all bulk substrate ingredients need to be pasteurized together.
All of the stuff you listed is commonly used for bulk substrates and works great - personally, I would stick with just the horse manure and ditch the bovine because horse manure's texture is far better suited to home mycology. Chicken manure can also be added @ 5% by volume.
I also know monstermitch adds stevia leaves and kelp meal to his bulk substrates.
[edit] Didn't notice this thread was bumped from over a year ago.
