Whining and complaining.

I feel a need to whine and complain so feel free to skip it if ya wish.
A couple of weeks ago my AC quit on my suburban. Seems to be a personal attack against me as my window is the only one that won't roll down. Yesterday the AC quit in my house. We had just bought a super nice memory foam mattress and new satin sheets with down comforter and pillows. I slept on the damn couch where the air flow was better
While trying to figure out the AC which I didn't, the kids informed me they had broken the cold water knob in their bathroom. A short while later I found out my cell phone company has screwed something up with my phone service and I can call out but not receive calls. Still waiting on that to be fixed.
I'm still getting used to kicking a 25 year cigarette habit. I go sit on my porch to chill my head and one of my neighbors ride by. The one I hate. They are convinced that I shot their dog though I didn't. I just happened to be the one to complain to them about their dogs tearing up my trash, terrifying my goat and cat as well as chasing my kids. I could have legally shot the dog on my property. That's the law here. I didn't shoot it though. They have small kids. I didn't want the dogs dead I just wanted them kept on their own property. I even offered to help him secure his pen. No they would rather just be assholes.
There is no evidence and no witnesses except him saying he saw me in my yard with a bb gun around the time his dog was shot. He says the dog was shot in his yard though he didn't see it. All BS. I was never in my yard with any gun that day. The pics he has of the dog shows an obvious bullet sized hole. He says he removed a bb but somehow lost it. BS.
I actually got convicted on circumstantial evidence and am now awaiting an appeal. Anger management is getting difficult to say the least.
I've got a bunch of other problems but they are the main ones I wanted to bitch about at the moment.
Sorry... Thanks for reading if anyone actually did.
Oh well. Life goes on... Hmm At least the ativan seems to be kicking in. May prove to be a curse since I didn't get any sleep last night and have to work all day. Screw it.

I read it.
Sounds like you got some bum deals... c'est la vie *sigh*
Remember, all that stuff -- AC, cell phones... -- they're all luxuries. You can live without them for a bit. People made do before all that. Many still do.
I have nothing to offer but sympathy

It's not the doing without so much as paying to replace that's problematic.
Ya. If I didn't have a family I'd be happily living out of a back pack. At least that's the dream.
Thanks fer the thoughts.

Yeah that's the problem. I guess I should have. At least then it's carcass would have been on my property because I would have taken it out with 00 buck shot. I had plenty of opportunities. The dogs were just being dogs though. It's my neighbors I have the problem with.
I know who actually shot the dog. I'm not going to rat him out though. He had the same problems as me with them and is a good friend. He will get in a lot more trouble than I can over it as he has a past felony and is not supposed to own any guns. He was decent enough to offer to turn himself in for it. I'll deal with it the best I can. If I can't get out of it it's only a misdemeanor. He has agreed to pay any expenses I incur. Pisses me off though.
At least I got my home AC fixed a little while ago and it wasn't expensive. It was FREE! I looked up some info online and got busy with a volt ohm meter.

Whoa Brugman you changed your avatar after like six straight years.
Glad to see things are turning around a bit, TripityDooDaDay

I hope everything turns out for the better. Just had a series of unfortunate events happen to me aswell, but just know everything somehow works itself out for the better in the long run...

Oh man it's nice to have my house cool again
Thanks all. The above are really just the minor things that were picking on me at the moment. My REAL problems are more serious and myriad. I'll spare ya'll those for now though. Gotta have something to whine about later on.
Hope things turn around for you too tclsc03 and welcome to the Shroomery.
I've been slack on giving ratings since I've been here. 5 to everyone that read my whining and offered kind words.
