I have a desiccant box.....essentially a medium tupperware tub with a tyvek filter covering most of the top of the lid. i put desiccant crystals inside to expediate sporulation ...about 1/4 inch on the bottom of the tupperware. I pressure cook squares of heavy duty foil....and transfer them into the desiccant box in a glovebox and then place oyster caps on top....usually 4-12 hours later ive got a thick print. i transfer them into ziplock bags inside the glovebox and store for later use. it works very consistently for me.

Very Cool,
I found some white oysters along the trail a couple weeks ago. I didn't have a bag with me at the time to take one to clone or for spores. The next days were heavy heavy rains. Once they settled I went to pick one of the mushrooms and the river had overflowed to the point that along the trail the water was up to my waist and I carried the bike above my head for a half mile to the mushrooms. When I got there all but tiny pins had been washed away or picked and I didn't want to take their only fruits.
Great job
