Ohh. Right.
I thought he meant the intake was filtered. I dunno, I bet it still smells like crazy, most odors escape the best filters.

Im not exchanging air though, just circulating it. I see what you mean, if I was blowing air through the box and the desiccant than yea it would negate the purpose of the desiccant.
All this BS when I could just lay them out and hit them with a fan...or put them on top of my computer monitor....but even if I didn't have a large family to share a house with, I have pets that seem to eat anything and everything that comes across their paths. Believe me I don't enjoy overcomplicating simple processes, but not only can I not leave shrooms out I have to completely hide all evidence of them.

Just checked on them and the shrooms (about a 1/2 oz) I have in there are now "cracker" dry. So, about 1.5 days and 1 flush (wasn't really even needed) of silica cat litter worked.

I just like to filter air whenever I can. The location of the dryer is not very sterile. Also, the damp/drying MJ is susceptible to mold.
As for selling, are you NUTS?! NO WAY!

I use 1/2 inch of Activated Charcoal on the bottom of the dryer. Even though the air isn't going THROUGH the charcoal, it still takes ALOT of the smell out, compared to having no charcoal. After the 1st 24 hours, there is virtually no smell at all.
