I hate my career.

I don't care about work at all. I get good jobs and i pretend to to them well, but in reality I'm talking every opportunity to slack off and take shortcuts. I've botched some pretty fucking sweet gigs just because i got bored of them. People think I'm this smart mover and shaker, but i frankly don't give a fuck and its always just a matter of time before my employer or co workers find out.
People at work are all so fucking enthusiastic, they play grab-ass and revel in team spirit. I'm a fucking pretender.
Some recruiters have told me that they think i have the right qualification but that i seem nonchalant. I really fucking hate mustering up that "go get em" enthusiasm for some crappy office job i know i will hate.
I recently started a new job after a long recruitment process and everyone at work was congratulating me and welcoming me to the family. Wtf? I'm forced to sit there and do nothing just because the other assholes wants to work overtime to show their dedication. I WANT TO GO HOME.

I never understood that cult mentality at companies and I always sneered at it. It's a fucking job. You have to show up and do something so you can get money to survive. It isn't fun and any sane person would rather be doing something else. So, fuck all the company spirit and such.

No, he didn't. At a lot of Wal-Marts they have little pep-rallies before the start of shifts where they do chants and shit. No joke...I knew somebody who worked there.

this is why we should all be thankful marijuana is illegal. It's the easy way out of being swallowed by the beasts... wal-mart doesn't want people who fail drug tests... so thank your lucking fucking stars for draconian drug laws!!!
