I've read lots of teks on how to make single spore syringes, but is there a way to use a whole print and make like 10-20 syringes at once?
Like dump the spores into 100cc's of water and shake it, then suck it up into 10 syringes?
Or is there another way?

Yes, there are ways to do it if you look for the directions on here.
You can use the clear Karo syrup, I have one jar that I shot 2cc's into and there is a ton of mycelium growth in the jar waiting to be abstracted with needles to inoculate more jars.
I'm trying to find out where to get more jars. Just look for replays to my post of "does anyone know where to find liquid colonizing jars"
good luck, eleven34

1) Steralize a small tupperware container in your PC. At the same time steralize your syringes filled with water. I use tap water works fine
2) make your spore print into the small tupperware container. I find that using the print fresh is the best time as it evenly spreads throughout the water instead of sticking together in chunks.
3) One by one carefully lift the lid off the container and squirt water from each syringe.
4) One by one flame each syringe and then suck the liquid back up.
I usually do this in the living room and have never had a problem with contams.
Just turn off and air conditioning and fans. Spray some oust and wait a few minutes.
This method has yet to fail me. I usually dont do more than 4-5 syringes at a time though but you could easily do much much more.

EDIT: read above post, it's clearer in format then mine haha.
I think StriplessRED isn't talking about Liquid Cultures, but anyhoo, you basically have the idea. Get your print, and put in 100ml's of water in a clean container (zip baggie, clean jar etc) and shake then fill 10 syringes, you can even fill more syringes if you want to. (100ml's into 10ml syringes =10) lol, just add more distilled water. Only downside to that is if you stuff up, let contams into your jar etc, then all your syringes will be contaminated, and you wont have any print left to make more syringes. Goodluck tho

Well only huge difference I can think of is that selling/trading/possession of spores is legal where at mycelium strains are not since it does contain the psychoactive.

I take prints in jars. the mush from this batch were little mini's so I used baby jars. You can search "baby jar printing" for all the details...

To hydrate I just shoot a little sterilized water with some KY sex lube (surfactant) into the port and swish...

K thanks for all the responses!
I do make LC's, but I also have a spore print, so I wanted to make that into a few syringes, so thanks for sharing all your methods!
