The Search function
    #7393718 - 09/10/07 08:41 PM (16 years, 4 months ago)

Does anybody else find themselves relying on the Shroomery Search function for any and all necessary information for daily life?

I use it anytime throughout the day that I have something on my mind that I want to know about it or what not. It really kinda sucks when I get into a conversation with someone about something I learned here, but I can't cite my fellow shroomerites for their help. I guess I should say it makes me feel like I have to pretend all this new stuff I know is just common knowledge, which I do.

I guess I could just research stuff elsewhere, but it just takes more time, and I know a lot of the posts here contain incredibly accurate information.

I've been introducing all of my shrooming friends to The Shroomery, and I'm sure some will be appearing in the near future.

I Love the Shroomery!!;)

(p.s. the search function is my favorite thing in the whole wide world!)

I only use the search feature for fungi related topics. Everything else is GOOGLE!

I like hearing everyone's opinions though...seems to give me a good, solid grip on whatever's being discussed.

I have found that it really doesn't have any depth on the topics Im truly interested in.

EDIT: Even thought those topics ARE drug related. The Shroomery to me seems like a resource for the beginner to intermediate drug user.

right, I guess I technically fit that description, no matter how much I like to think I know everything.

But you can't ignore the wisdom that flows so freely in this place.

I used to post on bluelight, it really wasnt my scene.

Beginner to intermediate user was probably a bad way to phrase it. Im by no means better then anyone here, or even more experienced then ALOT of people here. Im just more interested in different aspects of these chemicals anymore I guess.
