Out of the methods described in the "mushroom info" area of this site, what method do y'all like best for filling syringes from prints?
Thanks,

I dont know of the info area you speak of but I would follow RR's video .. using PC shot glass wrapped in foil , PC 1/2 pint jar of distilled water.. , PC syringe wrapped in foil. umwrap the sterile syringe .flame the needle. fill it with sterile water from jar. squirt water into shot glass. scrape spores into shot glass. flame the needle. draw the spore/water from shot glass into syringe and cap syringe.. done..

Here's the method I use
First completely take the syringe apart and boil them for about 20-30 minutes, then reassemble and suck up water and fill the syringe. I then take my print, that is on foil and inside a little plastic baggie, I then squirt the water from the syringe directly into the baggie and scrape the spores into the water, I then suck up the solution and end up with very very dark syringes.
Best of Luck to You!

i took a freshly open cap placed it in the bottom of a sterilized jar tightly closed it and let it sit. 24 hours later i took the cap out ate it and the spore print was at the bottom of the jar then i put about a half inch distilled water in the jar shook like crazy then pulled it into a sterilized syring. my syringe is almost black. but i havent used it yet so ic ouldnt tell you if it works but should be ok.

I used the Shot-Glass method aswell, but i dont have a Pressure Cooker, so I boiled water with the shotglass in it floating around for about 20 minutes, got my (already sterile because i got it from a friend who works in hospitals hehe) syringe, sucked up 10ml's of the boiled water. Let things cool then scraped some of the print (about 1/5th) into the shotglass (using the syringe tip) and squirted about 3 to 4ml's of the water out of the syringe into the shotglass, then sucked it back up. result = nice dark and viable syringe which i've already successfully used. going onto LC's now though. Oh, and i also flame and alcohol sterilised the syringe, and alcohol sterilised the shotglass right before use. best of luck!
