When Casing - Should use 6 pint or 6 (1/2) pints ?

I'm ordering jars because I don't yet have a steamer and want to skip that step for now.
1 ) So I'm trying to decide if I really need full size jars when ultimately I'm using the cakes for casing, or if 6 (1/2) pint size jars.
2 ) Since I'm going to break up the cakes for the casing, does that mean I can't flush the cake materials again.
- if so it seems like casing is best to get the most in one load. - is that right ?
Thanks

Wait? Do you mean you are ordering presterilized jars?
Also how many casings are you doing? 1/2 pints will work for small casings and Pints will work for large casings.
Depends on how much space you have to work with and try to spawn at a 3-1 spawn to substrate ratio.

I'm not sure where to start. If you give some more detail I can answer your questions. 1. Are you talking about a casing layer or a cased substrate setup? 2. What are you talking about in your #2? Your cakes colonize the rest of the stuff you put in with them i.e. substrate, casing layer. They'll flush many times. 3. Out of a general consensus, making a casing with a casing layer is the best way to get the most out of one load.

Well I have about a bathtub size rubbermaid container.
However, I was seriously doing this in 4 smaller containers to minimize effects of any possible green mold outbreak.
either way, were talking ( 3 to 4 ) 6 x 10 or so transfer treys that the cakes in question will be broken into.
Yes, I see that the new treys will be colonized, I'm clear there now.
I'm still not clear if I really need Pint size or 1/2 Pint size though.
I'm not a seller, but feel if I'm going to set it up and do it, I might as well get as much out of it as I can, then dry them and vacuum seal them for those rainy days.

I already own the container.
What do you people have nothing better to do but ask stupid questions. Who cares about the size of my god damn incubator ?
Forget it, I can get the answer to my 1 god damn question somewhere else, which was, are pint size jars really necessary when casting is planned ?
Except dump ass holes can't read or answer worth a damn and therefore they waste everyones time.
