you can have the airpump pump air into a small container with water (prefable warm or heated somehow) and the air going through a bubbler stone (the green things that disperse the air into the water) and the smaller bubbles will increase the humidity but like 10 or 15 percent...correct?

on a personal note....

i use a fish tank heater and use the tank as a incubator and growing chamber....

the bottom of the chamber are the newly innoculated jars...then water and h202 are added...the heater is placed inth water (do some experiements to find what setting keeps the water around 86 degrees consistantly)
on top of those jars the cakes are placed on a screen. withthe water temp around 86 and the tank covered...the humidity is 88-94% and air temp around 84-86 degrees.

it kills two birds with one stone.

get one of those big rubbermaid tubs then place a heating pad in the bottom. Fill th tub about 3 inches of water and hook up the aquarium pump into one of those foot long bubble stones from wal-mart. turn the heating pad on low and place some heavy clear plastic over the whole thing. (i recommend heavy duty clear plastic table cloths from wal-mart)

You trying hard to kill yourself or what? This sounds like telling someone to get in a bath tub full of water and proceed to use a hair dryer! Good way to electrocute yourself! The pad should be under the container, not in it! Granted they make the heating pads for wet/dry use, but you wanna trust some chinese guy who got paid 35 cents a day to make 5000 heating pads? I wouldn't! If you insist on putting something electric into water it better be an aquarium heater, they are made to be used that way, heating pads are definately not!

killing myself? what the hell.. I'm talking about a fully waterproof foot bath type heater. If i was ever to get hurt using this I would make millions sueing the company because it has a ASA stam right on the side.

think before you open your mouth and you won't have to worry about your problem with looking foolish.
