Oasis - Live Forever
This has always been my fav solo, and the ending one gets pretty trippy. They arent long but they say alot to me.
Also watch their live DVD "Familiar to millions" while you trip, it has some really trippy guitar solo's.

Dick's Picks, Volume 3 (1995), it is the end of Disc 1

I don't understand, I could see none of Robert Fripp's albums called 93. Could you be more specific? Are you talking a set on Sept 3 1993?

Pink Floyd - Learning to Fly (Its not so much just the guitar solo but the backround music and sound clips which accompany the solo make it a great song for tripping):)

OK, I didn't post the original question, but I liked it and made the following cd full of mp3s. I'll let you know what I think is the best. I'll compare it the classics that I know like Pink Floyd etc.
Straylight Run Shpongle - Nothing_Lasts Scott Henderson - Illicit Infected Mushroom - Im The Superviza John McLaughlin - My Goal's beyond Funkadelic - Maggot Brain The Mars Volta - De-loused in the Comatorium

Hell yeah dude. Live Forever is one of the best trip songs period. Check out the video too, its pretty trippy itself. Look for flashes of Lennon, Hendrix and some shrooooms!!

Hell yah man. Everytime i trip i sit and listen to OASIS wondering what it was like to be them tripping on shrooms writing their songs. Noel Gallagher is one of the greatest song writers ever IMO.

I guarantee Liquid Tension Experiment to fully trip with you whilst on any psychedelic. Crazy technical stuff that can control time and space around you.
Fun times.
Try the song "Acid Rain"- it'll throw you on a roller coaster!

oh and don't forget Sonic Youth .. Evol, and Experiemental Jetset and no star, not exactly guitar solo stuff, but layers of crazy improvisation and it will make you trip without any drugs. My fav is probably Tom Violence off Evol .. that song is a trip in itself.

Sonic Youth on mushrooms= memories of Southern California through the eyes of the mushroom world.
Great music with, as mentioned, some very unexpected sounds. Too unique to pass up.
