Best casing?

What is the most reliable form of casing to use? I have very little experience with casings and I have noticed that there are a few different teks for casing.

try searching the forums for Roadkills Horse poo tek. Everyone seems to love that tek. That is the tek im gonna use for my cakes.

For your basic run of the mill casing of a few PF style cakes...........definately go with coco coir.
