A man or a wimp?

There are two basic errors that men make in relation to women.
One is to put women on a pedestal, think they are some holy goddess and above reproach.
The other is to vilify women as sluts and whores and cunts that are making our life miserable and making us unhappy.
Both of these attitudes are the result of basic weakness of character and immaturity.

Are you saying that you no longer view me as a goddess?

The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity. ~ Albert Einstein "Fear is the great barrier to human growth." ~ Dr. Robert Monroe ~~~*Dosis sola facit venenum*~~~ *Check my profile to listen to my music*

Never did. You are much more real and wonderful than that.

i wouldn't call it 'immature.' i would use the word 'ignorant' because we're refusing to believe certain given facts and allowing ourselves to blindly follow our hearts or our instinct, and neither are necessarily right all the time, or even most of the time.
i'll admit, i'm a weak man. if i can grow to like a girl, or even love one, i put them on a pedestal for their ability to open my eyes and help me experience life in a new light or new emotions on a new scale of greatness that i'm unable to. i know it's an addiction, and i know i'm ignoring the facts, but sometimes a heavy heart just comes on so strong that you can't ignore its message. you can fight it and realize it but it's still there.
it's a collective sickness that you need to overcome with time and an open mind. hope my post helped in any way.

But what if we combine the two mistakes... I mean I usually see women as goddesses, but also some kind of whore-goddesses. If you can follow me... Or more precisely I want them to be whore-goddesses... Maybe I realize that they are not goddesses, and they are not whores, they are wonderful human beings all right, but they can become, my, lets say it so, immature dreams... If we both want it... I mean, in the bedroom... So in that situation... Is it still considered a mistake?

Wrong for who? Who is to settle this? As long as both partners consent, what's the problem?

What one does in the bedroom and in their dirty little minds is their own business and not what I'm talking about here.

Perhaps. I think that it is much more complex, though. I've met many, many men who are still reeling from their first heartbreak--their emotional abandonment by their mother.
The ones who manage to become friends with women seem to be the healthiest, but those who react to this early loss by disconnecting seem locked-in to a cycle of viewing women alternately as objects of worship or objects of lust and scorn. When they are deeply infatuated, women are goddesses, and when the infatuation fades, women are whores.
