Beautimus my friend, good looking cubes you have there! If you don't mind me asking were these found in Fla or GA? The pine straw in the pics make me think of my field here in GA, though Fla has its fair share of pines too. I wish so badly I still had a cubie field. I was arrested in the small town that I use to pick in, not for picking mushrooms or anything, but still I am way to weary to return to the area, had to leave my field behind. It was a nice one too, very nice, always had cubes in it. Oh well Nice pics man! LK,

Lizard King, these pictures were taken in FL. I like the pine needles, leaves make to much noise when you walk on them Before i found this field i went picking at a spot were a friend of my was busted, I was so parinoid i had tunnel vision and probably missed most of the mushrooms. This field is my sanctuary.

man, i wish i lived in a warm spot where cubes would actually grow wild. Good job on the find though.. I live in canada and the closest spots for wild cubensis are the maritime provinces (4 month summer season only) or British Colombia. Having a 6 month winter doesn't help up here. Especially in the cold interior. Please feel free to donate any specimens to your nearest Canadian. They look good.
