jesus! All in one jar? I would toss that stuff. Or if you're really curious, lock them far far far away from your other jars.
Green and black mold are the devil.
As for the red stuff, umm, no clue.

Pressure cook all those jars if you plan on reusing them. Any type of mold is bad and can spread if you open them with out killing the mold first. Black molds that infect mushroom spawn produce spores that are very harmful to human lungs proceed with caution.

well actually not all mold is bad. As an example, mold on bread is toxic, but mold that grows on cheese is not toxic.. well generally isnt toxic.

whatever you do, don't open those jars in the house or sniff them... I would just throw them out.

If you have a pressure cooker...cook em for an hour to kill the spores before you open it.

Toss the jars that have the green and black mold growing. But keep the jars with the red one. This red color also ocured in my jars its cool you dont need to worry the mycelium will eat it.

that is bad information the mycelium will not eat it if it's bacteria you are doomed...If it is mold it will join with it.

I had this problem before, its seems that some exploded rye berries turn red after PCing. I dont know why this is happening but i see red berries from time to time its possible that this have something to do with rye cultivation or its origin or something else i dont know what is causing this but my jars are fully colonized i spawn them to hpoo...it works.

Having exploded rye berries and red contamination are two totally different things if it is contamination it should be tossed no matter what. You should be able to tell the diff between the two
