DMT independence via Phalaris brachystachys

Phalaris brachystachys seems to be an ideal plant species for gaining DMT independence. Tryptamine concentrations can be at least 2 to 3 times that of Mimosa hostilis, and the alkaloid profile is said to be very desireable consisting of almost only n,n-dmt. P. brachystachys is a semi-hardy fast growing annual grass that can be grown in virtually any climate. To harvest, simply cut and re-cut. Also, juicing grass is much easier than harvesting, stripping, grinding, and boiling root bark. The possibilities are incredible.

Once you juice it, how much liquid do you need to dose? Can you dry the stuff, grind it into a powder, and snuff it?

It has a HIGHER concentration of DMT than MIMOSA? You sure about that?
Are you using it in Aya' or a DMT extraction?
I would like to now about the purge effects of this plant...

here's a picture of this species on Erowid:http://www.erowid.org/plants/show_image.php?i=phalaris/phalaris_brachystachys__i2006e0013_disp.jpg
not sure about grinding into a powder when dried, because it would likely be a sticky tar. however, since it would leave such a small amount of material, you might could find a way to work with it and prepare it into a snuff.
Teo, stuides have indicated the alkaloid content to be up to 3.0%. This seems believable to those who have assayed it. Mimosa hostilis root bark is roughly 0.6-1.0%. M. hostilis is known to have a desirable pure alkaloid profile. P. brachystachys is said to as well. Purge is possible, probably similar to the potential with other common admixture plants. MAOI dosage and taste seem to be the biggest factor in nausea/purging. Working with Syrian Rue, there is no reason to exceed 2g. Over 3g of Syrian Rue taken alone can often cause purge.

so you haven't tried it yet??? I brought it up a few weeks ago in another thread. I grew a small amount of it about 4 years ago but I never tried any of it. I would be interested in some cheap bulk seed and not little vendor packets if thats what you can get. I still have a few seeds left over from when I grew it but thats not nearly enough.

Very interesting...the time you talked about where you took 2g of rue then a capsule filled with evaporate plant material...did you experience any nausea?
How was the trip? Very Aya'-like I would guess...

me, tried it? of course not, that would be illegal where i'm from. cpw, PM'd you the vendor, yes it's bulk seed.
Teo, in that scenario, yes, one would experience a good bit of nausea, yet perhaps no purge. could go either way honestly. i think thus is the nature of ayahuasca. depends on method and purity of extractions as well.

I think by indepenence he/she means that you don't have to order root bark but you can grow the grass instead.

Hmmmm, wonder if the OP is having any luck selling his wares.
