Can H2O2 damage mushrooms?

This has been my first grow, I picked acouple mushrooms that were ready today. This was the B+ strain.
So I cut one in half and found that the inside was very blue, but it was untouched...it also looked as though it has been that way for alittle while.
I did the pf tek method and have the cakes inside a rubbermaid terrarium , with perlite on the bottom. I put H2O2 in the perlite.
Does this normally happen or did something go wrong?

H2O2 is an oxidizer, if seeped in it could oxidize psycilocybin, which would be bad, but maybe good if they grew. Dilute more next time. One part 3% to 9 parts water.

The blue is normal and not a contaminant. Peroxide is toxic to fungi, so use it as a last resort against cobweb mold, but it has little other use. It serves no benefit in the perlite. Simply rinse and drain the perlite well with tap water and dump it into the terrarium.
