will be attempting a second grow, first grow was 6 cakes RR tub pf tek style, yielding little over an ounce after 3 flushes.
would like to try growbags next just for fun and convenience, but my concern is the lack of size of ecuadors compared to PE's, which ive heard are the best strain for bags. wondering if anyone has any experience or opinions with ecuadors in bags since i have a few lc's laying around that id like to do something with.
another short question is whether or not i should store my lc's in the fridge,. theyve been at about room temp for over 6 weeks now without use... thoughts?
thanks alot lovely shroomerites

Ecuadors will do just fine in a bag. The size of them will be affected much more by the amount of substrate and neutrients than the species. As for the LCs, they should still be good. Try using them in a test jar.

When you grow in a bag, do you flower your mushrooms in the bag, or do you remove them and place them in a fruiting chamber?

It can be done eather way, but the best option would probably be casing it. How much are you looking to grow?

2 syringes... 10cc each. I am just paranoid about contams so bags seemed to be a decent option.

Also, I am seeing that many bags are made with rye. I was under the impression that this is not a great mix for cubes.
P.S. The two syringes are Cambodian and Tasmanian from Ralphster.

Rye is one of the standard spawn grains for cubes.

Oh ok, I just always read about brown rice flour. I suppose lots of grains could work...

ERR i wasn't asking how much spore solution you planned to use.. but rather how many physical shrooms do you want to gross? If you want to grow out of the bag you can, but you'll have to drunk it eventually to get more flushes. Casing easy to maintain, and may result in bigger flushes by virtue of surface area. If you really want to bulk it up you can do a straw tek.

Ok, so after the first harvest, I would dunk and then flush again in a terrarium?
