are we locking posts because they're just plain stupid now? i saw two posts by the same guy...full of misspelled words and idiotic sentences...they were locked...maybe there should be special "Idiot Lock Icon" for such posts?

Yes, mesusa's posts violated just about every 'rule' of this forum. I believe that CluB99 got to them before I did (had connection issues earlier, my close request might have made it through, although I am not sure).
If anyone has an idea about how to keep the unplesant/annoying (__LASY__NEWBIE!) posts down to a minimum, please let us know.

If it was me, I'd just lock them and leave them with a message such as:
Post locked. Off topic.
Or:
Post locked. Do a search. Don't be a lazy dumbass.
Well maybe not the last part. By leaving the locked threads where they are maybe other posters, or at least the original poster, will get the idea of what is acceptable for this forum.
Don't just lock them without an explanation.

Add a new sticky thread at top with a tittle like "Why was my post locked ?" and explain the various reasons.
Locking explanations could be "Read threads at top please" or ala luv "Read threads at top dumbass !" .

Please post, but do it in cult forum not advanced, have you read the first thread ? If you are a newbie, first grow shrooms and then come back and post, you should have enough knowlodge by then.

i don't think its fair to look down on the unexperiansed newbies some yes but not all. Were all just here to learn. Some don't have the common sense to put there post in the right area. Maybee if the shroomery had a chat room so if someone has a question they need answered right away they won't post all the stupid questions that could be answered in the chat room. have a good day

nobody here is looking down to newbies....but i'm sure that you'll understand that when bunch of kids that have never grown a mushroom in their life jumps to this forum asking stupid off topic questions cause they are too lazy to study is quite bothering
.....all the knowledge they need is already here....in lot's of flavours...they just have to read a bit...isn't that hard no?
