NEW TOOL CD IN JEOPARDY
Members of the band are seriously debating whether or not to record any new material in the future due to recent revelations concerning the close approach of a mysterious celestial object. The invader, which some maverick astronomers believe to be a brown dwarf (failed sun) and others the tenth planet of our solar system (ALA Sitchin's planet X which the ancient Sumerians called Nibiru), could be responsible for perturbations in the orbits of Uranus, Neptune as well as tipped over Pluto (and also puzzles regarding their moons, rings, etc.). It's existence and close approach to earth in 2003 e.a., if a reality, would have profound gravitational effects resulting in, among other things, a magnetic pole shift and/or possible earth-crust displacement. All this spells the prophesied "End Times" (and all just because someone was praying for a tidal wave). Although the band members all have underground shelters with adequate provisions to survive such a catastrophic event (for the richest bands of 2002 see 'Rolling Stone' magazine), without an audience to perform for there would be no motivation to record any new material. (NOTE: Please understand that I'm not saying Nibiru is coming. It is a bit suspicious, however, that observatories in many states are suddenly closed for "remodeling.")

It has been made known to me that Frater Xaphan, while on a magical retirement somewhere in the Pacific Northwest, has been having recurrent dreams involving meteor showers and tidal waves. I wonder if this could have something to do with the much-rumored close approach of a celestial object that I reported about in the current newsletter. The interloper, due to reach its perihelion passage sometime in 2003, is believed by several researchers and astronomers to be either a Dark Star (brown dwarf) or transplutonian planet X; the Winged Disc (called Nibiru by the ancient Sumerians) that journeys through the heavens in an anomalous (retrograde) elliptical orbit as depicted on the cuneiform tablets of Mesopotamia. Others will call it Nu-Isis, after the writings of the British occultist Kenneth Grant, or associate it with the malignant red Set, but whatever we choose to call it, its arrival is thought to wreak havoc on our home planet (don't fret, the guys are taking the necessary means to survive the cataclysm, although they're not yet sure if they will follow up LaterALus with another CD due to the loss of most of the earth's population). Other indications of the 3,600 year passage and close approach of such a celestial body might be the appearance of several unknown comets in recent years, as well as the recent near-misses of asteroids, one missing hitting the earth by as little as 70,000 miles a couple of weeks ago. In typical fashion, the media reported this very close call a week after it happened. Sleep tight.

Just my word of advice for those living in California... there's not much time left. California will be a chain of islands in the near future. I'd suggest considering moving east of the sierra-nevada mountains.

but intrestingly, an italian atsronomer, forget his name, studied the orbit sof earththreatening objects for 50 years, his initial statement that was it wold hit earth august 12th 2012...he was ostracized and ridiculed by many european government and the scientific community, the date coincides with the year of teh mayan prophevies, just not the month, after pressure he chnaged his mind

Try to stay on track with your reply.
There have been doomsday warnings for thousands of years. I personally have witnessed many groups of people telling me similar things during different periods in my life. So far, not one has panned out. (Kahoutek, Harmonic Convergence, et al).
If it is impossible for me to confirm your statement, why should I uproot myself from surf and bikini babes to move? What makes your pronouncement believable to a relative stranger?

What leads you to believe this? People have been saying this for years and I have never believed it. Eventually all land masses will drift apart and form new shapes, etc. but why should I believe that California will fall into the Ocean?
Actually, I am being serious, I respect your opinion but I also don't believe this so I would like to know what makes you think this?

Aliens do exist, I married one. We're a raising two beautiful alien hybrids (my kids are definately not normal humans). We do live in California, but my alien wife has convinced me to move to the San Bernadino mountains. We will be in our new home in about a month.

I was shown something big is going to happen in the next decade, though nothing very specific (other than floods).
All I know is that I was told when it's time, I will know before-hand if I listen closely. I think my role is more geared towards after this event happens, and if it happens next spring, it will coincide with my 18th birthday. I truely feel my life is directly aligned with the "cataclysm" so that things will all fall into place when the time comes.
I recognize beliefs can be dangerous, and so I am not putting much weight into the Nibiru warnings... yet. But it would be useful to entertain the possibility if such a thing did come to pass.

I too have been shown the possible scenario of many dramatic Earth changes. While I do not center my life around these, one thing that is stressed is to keep your eyes open, watch the changes, and be prepared.

LOL... I have to agree with this one. A birthday is just any other day. I'm sure the universe does not keep track of birthdays, especially not with the same time scale that we humans have developed.
To think that important events are being keyed around your birthday sounds like you have a god module inside your head or something. I mean, it's good to think that you will be someone important who will impact the world in some way, but it's unhealthy to think the universe is centered around you IMO

Well... I've gotten a bit more detail on the floods aspect. Whether it is set in stone or just a possible scenario has yet to be determined (I lean towards the latter) Here is my list:
- Massive tidal waves hit and inundate practically every coastline in the world
- India is completely submerged
- Western Australia is submerged (3/4ths of the continent)
- Florida sinks
- The Great Lakes become The Great Lake
Details fuzzy from this point

Maybe the universe doesnt key in events around peoples celebratory "birthday"...but whos to say the universe didnt have some pull in what day someone was actually born so that he could aid in whatever universal, or cosmic struggle that might happen? Im not saying this could be one person, but this could be a number of people that were chosen to help, aid, and rebuild just incase something cataclysmic were to happen. You would need a variety of different types of people, from intelligent to creative, from cautius to the fearless, to rebuild a society to the way it should be.
Im not saying that this Niburu event is going to happen. Im just going to do what i do best. Observe, then rationalize. But if things get crazy, im running to higher ground.

there is not gonna be a fooken asteroid, or damn 10th planet heading our way and disrupting our solar system and what not. These stories all originate from NASA, one of the biggest fear mongers in America. How do you think they get their funds? They gotta say shit is gonna fall from the sky so people will demand governments to dish out the money to them. My prediction is that one day, the is going to be a phony alien invasion, it worked in the 50's with radio (war of the worlds) and with such mass media available today it will be too easy (escpecially with the alien commericialization going on now) hehe, call me crazy but don't believe it when u see holographic images of spaceships over cities beamed down from the ISS

Could these "terrorist attacks" be a cover-up for earth changes predicted to arise in 2003? It would be pretty convenient for the government to have a large portion of the population living in cities directly under their control.

The article reports the conclusions of an international team of astronomers who have studied an unusual comet discovered last year, designated 2000 CR/105. It follows a vast elliptical orbit around our Sun; an orbit that takes it way out to some 4.5 billion kilometers from the Sun, and brings it back at its closest to the Sun to the vicinity of Neptune; it is an orbit whose period takes roughly 3,300 years; (according to Sky&Telescope News of April 5, 2001).
"Such an oblong orbit is usually a sign that an object has come under the gravitational influence of a massive body," wrote R. Cowen in Science News. Was this the gravitational pull of Neptune? In a study to be published in the Journal Icarus, the team of astronomers (led by Brett Gladman of the Observatoire de la C?te d'Azur in Nice, France), after analyzing all the possibilities, does not think so. An alternative solution, they say, is that the comet's orbit could be the handiwork of an as-yet unseen planet; -- as massive as Mars -- "that would have to lie some 200 AU from the Sun," in the so-called Kuiper Belt of cometary and other planetary debris. This would also explain "why many members of the Belt have orbits that angle away from the plane in which the nine known planets orbit the Sun."
"Undoubtedly, something massive knocked the hell out of the Belt," Harold F. Levison of the Southwest Research institute in Boulder, Colorado, told the magazine. "The question is whether it is still there now."
"Comet's Course Hints at Mystery Planet" was how the journal Science headlined the discovery news in its issue of 6 April 2001. The special report, written by the Dutch astronomer Govert Schilling, summed up the findings in the following lead paragraph:
"A Supercomet following an unexpectedly far-flung path around the sun suggests that an unidentified planet once lurked in the outermost reaches of the solar system, an international team of astronomers reports. What's more, the mysterious object may still be there."

Do a search on a comet called the "Swift-tuttle" comet". I believe this is a comet that a famous italian astronomer, dont recall his nam eoffhnad, was reportedly to have analyzed it sorbit and stated intially it had a high lielyhood of hittin earth in the year , I think 2026 about august the 12th. He was ridiculed by his government and others and later retracted his statement saying he was in error. This guy apparently has diagramed the orbit of all known "earth-threatening" objects for the last 50 years.
