When your waiting for growth it could seem like it takes forever... just be patient and it will grow.... if you can just leave them alone for a day or two wihout looking at them and the next time you look you may be surprised at the growth that took place.

Try taking the tape of your lids and loosening them..that will let out some of the excess moisture, and it should be safe as long as the dry layer is intact and they are more than 1/2 done..And personaly, i think its better to birth the cake in the same position as it grew.

95%? Dude, pull em' and case em'. I know everyones going to think I'm insane when I say this but I often will case 80% cakes with no ill affects..., but have you tried it? hehe, I have.

Oh yea, your other one's probably smoked. It had a spot?, well just isolate it in a seperate casing, ala sea of shrooms or something and you're good to go.
