Damn I don't think I've ever met a cheese I didn't love. I seriously would love an opportunity to taste that maggot cheese. I saw that on either The food Network or Travel Channel recently. Hard to pick a fav but believe it or not I guess mine would be most any of the "stinky" cheeses. I can't pronounce or spell any I've had except Limburger. Hard to beat a good well aged cheddar too. Hmmm baked brie. Damn I knew I should have avoided this thread. I'm going to have to go grab a few peppers from the back yard and some aged cheddar from the fridge now.

Some of personal favorites are: Bourinwerst (I'm pretty sure I'm butchering the spelling) triple butter cheese Whiskey (crown royal) cheese Quadruple Extra sharp white cheddar Yogurt cheese
if there's any cheese conisoures in ohio you have to check out Grandpas Cheese barn in ashland, Oh its right off the exit on 71. They have a SHIT LOAD of all kinds of interesting cheese and you can sample it all. Every time I go to cleveland I get high as fuck after passing through columbus and hit up the cheese barn haha.

Of all the times I've been up and down 71, I've never stopped by Grandpa's. Thanks for the reminder
I'm a Greek girl, so I guess some feta made from goat's milk, if it's available.
For sanwiches, swiss.
For grilled cheese, muenster.
For just plain eating with crackers, anything sharp, especially white cheddar.
Smoked horseradish cheese is good, too. I just tried it the other day. I've been eyeing this cheddar soaked in cabernet sauvignon, too
Cheese makes my breff stink.
