cobweb defeated?
    #735559 - 07/10/02 03:35 AM (21 years, 5 months ago)

afoaf noticed some cobweb mold on two of his cakes right before they were 100%colonized. it was his first time so he wanted to see how they would grow invitro. so he cut all the shit out and then took an empty syringe filled with 3 cc of bleach and the rest with water. he sprayed all over the top of the cakes to disenfect. he then injected alot of water all over the cakes. well they spent around two weeks in the jars with no pins at all. so last night he took the cakes and disected them...to his suprise there was no contams visible at all. does this mean his cakes are 100% safe? he cased them just to see the growth but there was only pure white. solid. will someone be able to chow down on these and not keel over? theres actually a small chance there was never any contams because he looked at his cakes that are colonizing now of creepers....the same grey slime thing is on there but its turning white like its just a normal stage of the mycelium....the first jars he doesnt remember anything translucent but the translucent shit now is turning bright white on his incubating jars now.
