how long should i let horse poo dry before i pasturize it? or how dry should it be?

Sun dried is best. Little peices dry quicker than whole pies. Lay it out on a black tarp, in full sun (if you can). I don't know why, but fresh oven dried doesnt work as well as sun dried. Whiskey gets better w/age. I guess the poo does to
