THC Withdraws...

So I have horrible anxiety attacks due in part to cannabis withdraws...I've been smoking everyday for 3 years...I'm taking cranberry extract because I heard it can help...Is this true?
I'm also taking Rhodiola rosea extract...
Does anybody have any tips on dealing with anxiety attacks and/or cannabis withdraws?

Bout the best advice there is, is exercise hard, and hang in there...
Went through the same thing a few months ago when I quit... the first week is the hardest, after 2-3 weeks it ain't no thang. You got this!

I agree, give it a week or two and you shouldn't be too tempted. Sounds like you're having some pretty heavy symtoms though. I guess I was really never 'addicted', though I smoke usually 5-6 times a week (almost every night). My biggest problem is sleep deprevation without my nightly toking. I've recently bought valarian root tea to help that.

Melatonin works great for helping me sleep....The anxiety attacks feel like the worst shroom trip EVER, but no visuals or anything, just the mind-set of a horrible trip...
I would smoke every morning, and night...and often more than that...
I love cannabis, but I wish I had never gotten like this...

Yeah mate I was the same after about 6 years of heavy abuse. I just got on the beers to knock myself out at night which probably isnt the best idea cause now im quite a heavy drinker and started to get back on the weed again aswell.

Maybe try some legal, mild alternatives? Something like damiana or blue lotus?
I wish you luck!

Just find something to do that's entertaining. Keeping your mind off it is the best thing to do.

If you think its some horrible thing, these withdrawls, your mind will only make things worse for you, as the withdrawl symptoms are purely psychological. You need to realize that there is no physical reason for your anxiety, only your mind can overcome it. Stop being weak.

smoking in the morning for long periods is a bad idea, unless your aim is to become "dependent"

I find that smoking legal herbs that are supposed to be an "alternative", actually help just having something to smoke helps and gets your mind off of wanting weed so bad.

eh, not good at all for chronic anxiety, every time someone felt it they would reach for one.

Has anybody heard the thing about cranberry extract being good for THC detox?
What else could help me detox?
I got some Kombucha which I drink daily...
