Think if I bleed myself it will get rid of some of it?
Like donate blood, not slit my wrist or anything crazy...
Will the person who gets my blood get stoned?

THC stores in your fat not in your blood, so no don't drain blood, jees.
It's easy man, seriously, you're being a bitch.
Read a book, jog, play a video game, do SOMETHING. Pot withdrawls are so miniscule and mental that they can be dealt with very easy. Just remember that being addicted to weed is like a handicap, you're always stoned, burnt out, tired , hungry, etc. Weed is amazing but it's always gonna be there and freaking out because you can't smoke this second is childish. Just remember everytime those cravings hit and you try to reason with yourself to smoke that you are better than that, don't let ANYTHING control you, have your mind STOP thinking for a second and look at the big picture.
As far as anxiety goes, try some breathing exercises, and some patience, just remember it isn't permanenent it will pass.
Control YOUR mind.

The THC withdrawal is one thing. I've dealt with it more than a few times. It in itself isn't that bad and eases greatly after a few days. The fact that it's triggering anxiety for ya makes it a lot worse of course. You have to keep your mind focused in the right direction as much as possible. Physical activity is the absolute best medicine. Doesn't matter how strenuous or not. So long as it keeps your mind engaged and leaves you tired and ready for rest at the end of the day.
Of course meds can make the anxiety go away completely but that won't get you anywhere. You have to suffer from it at least some in order to learn to overcome it. That is what you have to do after all. Learn to overcome it.
If you have some free time soon, a camping trip alone in the wild can do wonders.
A true panic/anxiety disorder is a bitch. I've dealt with it a lot. Unfortunately I have not taken all the steps that I need to yet. It's too easy to put it off with another drink or an occasional benzo when it really gets tough. I've got some work to do in that area for myself as well. That's the makings of another thread though.
My point is, deal with it now and don't do anything to prolong matters.
