What's great about this is that the potential is there for people to do six months in jail for this or pay ridiculous fines. It also gives police a reason to bother and search certain types. Kind of scary if you ask me.

We have way too many laws as it is. We certainly don't need one for this. Educational concerns? ROFL Even my kids laugh their asses off when they see some idiot walking down the street having to hold on to their pants to keep them from falling farther. Crime? Next time one of those idiots steal a TV they should watch an episode of cops before giving it to their crack dealer. Obviously they have not yet figured out on their own that running from the cops is hard with your pants around your ankles. We don't need a law against this. It's a stupid enough trend on it's own. I kinda like it. Makes it all the easier to spot the dumbest of the dumb asses. lol

I can't even believe it made it to the news. I mean how does a state law overide the constitution. How is showing boxers and different wearing a swim suit? It's quite rediculous how anyone could agree to this. It's just as outrageous as wearing your pants below your ass.
