You should incubate at 84-86F and with 90% humidity for 10-14 days or a long as needed to colonize. Then at 84-86F with 95%+ humidity for post casing/pinning (5-10 days) then for primordia formation, 74-78F with 95-100% humidity for 6-10 days with a light cycle of 12-16 hours on. For cropping you want 74-78F with 85-92% humidity and same light cycle. If you do this you will have no problems with yields or aborts.

Regarding the Peltier, read the thread on it and you'll realise that it's not that practical. Try a fan or even getting air from a small fridge if it's that hot where you are.

I am using perlite humidification, so how do I regulate the humidity for the casings? I am just about to try the perlite tekk that people have been talking about by putting the perlite in a bottle and running a fish tank bubller through it, bay be I can regulate it throught that?
