Harvest?

Ok I woke up today and to my suprise my Hawiians are ready to harvest, but on one cake only half of them are ready to harvest and the other half will be ready in 1-2 day's!!!!!! Well should I wait until they are all redy on that cake or should I harvest what I can now?
