Concentrated straw runoff w/ additives for LC medium and cake water

I'm currently boiling down a large quantity of the brown runoff from straw pasteurization (supplemented with coffee grounds and balanced with lime) for use as an additive/water substitute in cakes and as a possible LC medium. So far the last batch is coming down to a thick, not quite syrupy consistency, and once it's strained through coffee filters I'm going to PC and can it for future use.

Any thoughts/experiences with this sort of method? I expect it's going to be a nice, nitrogenous mix, probably somewhat acidic despite the lime I added. I'll let you all know how it works as an LC medium and a cake additive soon enough, with side-by-side trials.
