Sterility Guidelines for each step?

Hey guys,
I am trying to compile lists of steps to do regarding sterility, at each step of the myco process. I am having a hard time finding a list of things one *should* do at each step, and what things one *could* do at each step, but is not necessary.
For example, when soaking grain, and loading jars with soaked grain, it's not necessary to be sterile, but rather neat and clean about how you work. You *could* be sterile, but that might be overkill right?
When doing innoc, and casing and fruiting and all these other steps,I'd like to have my own compiled lists of what I should remember to do.
I tried doing a search, but didn't really find what I was looking for. Maybe I'm blind?

This is something IMO, you will have difficulty accomplishing, for the simple reason that nobody does things in the same way and no one completely agrees on each and every process.
What I suggest is you look up what the experts say on each and every step, and you can make your own guidelines with what you feel comfortable with.
If you post that, I will definitely read it

Yeah, I was afraid that response was coming. Hehe
Ok, do most people at least agree on which steps in myco are more prone to contams than others? Like syringe making or spore print making, etc, etc?

Your most critical time lapse would be from inoculation until birthing. Still air boxes and lysol are your best friend at inoculation. As of birthing, a mycelium in decent conditions can fend for itself.

Ah, ok. Good thing I am now working on my stil air box =).
I didn't go crazy sterile when I inoculated these jars. Just mega sprayed the air with lysol, wore a mask, alcohol swabbed my needle, and voila. My house is clean and so was the room I was working in. I was also clean myself .
