Minimizing weight loss during juice fasting, and will the weight come back?

I'm already a pretty skinny guy. I'm only around 145-147 and after ~36 hours on a juice fast I'm at 141. I really, really don't want to lose any more weight. I know I'm going to but how can I minimize it?
I'm drinking a pretty damn sugary juice of 2 apples and a handful of grapes in my juicer. This should provide my body with some simple sugars to make ATP out of yeah? I don't exercise at all (for now) and my job is not physically demanding in the least. I also drink V8 in the afternoons and I'm going to boil up a vegetable broth when I get home from work (vegetable juice is god awful from a juicer and I need to use the veggies I bought!).
Also, will the weight come back quickly? I've read many times that on a water fast you gain the weight back almost immediately, but what about a juice fast? Pretty similar?
Thanks! I really don't want to quit this juice fast before day ~4-5 due to me worrying about my weight!
I feel fine though, if people are wondering. I had the expected aches when I woke up today but they are gone already.

After only 36 hours, it is almost certainly water weight loss, not fat loss. Your body is retaining less water, so the scale shows that you weigh less. When you return to your regularly scheduled diet (;)), your weight will likely rebound as your body retains water again.
Stay off the scale during your fast. (And afterward, if you can handle it.) The scale is NOT a great way to monitor your physical wellbeing, as it does not tell you what is important about your weight--of what that weight is composed! Use the mirror and your clothing to keep tabs on changes in body composition, and leave the scale for silly monkeys who think it means something.

what does weight matter? isn't mass more important? and isn't health the most important I'm a guy and I weigh like 135 I could use a bit more fat on my bum so that i have better cushioning for sitting and i NEED to light weights in the arms so that they aren't scrawny leaving me feeling feeble and weak like a weak woman (vs strong women which there are plenty of)
but it's not that i need weight, i just need a bit more muscle mass, and maybe just slightly more fat, maybe

I guess I just let my mom get into my head. Every time I go home she pokes my ribcage like I'm a slave for sale. It's not cool..
I guess you are right though. I'll put on my shirt that I think fits me well and I'll see how it looks.

Just remember....its not necessarily your own mother...but notice the other people who mention that you happen to be rather skinny.
Are they just a tad chubby or even overweight?
Just keep a mental note.
You're fine and perfectly healthy if you're eating right and arent starving yourself.

Don't worry, man. It's just water and glycogen retention. It's scary when you lose some water weight, especially when the numbers jump really steep.
I drop as much as 10lbs when I get sick, but I doubt much of that is muscle or fat. Water weight is easy to put on. And when your body needs to, it'll use carbs and water to store glycogen in your muscles. When you dry out and get flat, it can really cause your self esteem to plummet as you watch yourself quickly deflate. But don't worry, it'll come back in no time. Even if it's only a few pounds, the other couples of pounds will come back eventually.
The fast will do your body good. Eat healthy, consistently and drink plenty of fluids (something appropriate and proportionate to your weight and activity levels) and you will rebound feeling better than ever!
Professional bodybuilders that go on nearly cataclysmic cutting regimens blow up like nitro after dieting down for contests! Even though I don't take things to such an extreme, after a bit of dieting and eating super clean my body just wanted to grow. Felt great constantly. You'll feel good after your juicing fast too. Just make sure to stay hydrated, take a multi and keep your electrolytes balanced!
