The stupidity of voting for Hillary.
    #7282855 - 08/10/07 08:52 PM (16 years, 5 months ago)

George bush is in power now because people recognized his name. He's not doing so well as a president even though his dad did OK. What makes anybody think Hillary will do well, just because her husband did a good job? You would think we could learn our lesson.

Hillary wont get voted into office. America wont let it happen. Or any girl for that matter...it sucks to say but girls emotions are nothing like a guys. hahaha well actually it doesnt suck saying that can u imagine what should we be doing if she was in Bush's position right now (34% approval rating)....haha i can she would be crying her self to slep everynight. Any girl would be doing that...their not emotionally stable and I really hope the american people realize that.

obviously not...did you read my post? And they shouldnt. They were elected because the people believed in how they thought a country should be controlled. If lets say Bush was to just change what he believed in so he could boost his approval rating, he would be showing the American people he doesnt even care about the country. That why I still am a supporter of him. My point was that in "my opinion" a would woman care more about stuff like that.

I disagree; i think that a president who is willing to change their opinion for the people is exactly what a president should be doing. they are elected to be the voice of the people, and when the people start disapproving they should be inclined to LISTEN and change their approach.

how they thought. that's past tense. if you ask me the persistence of most politicians is akin to a retard trying to smash through a brick wall w/ his head. especially when you start going higher up the ladder.

Yeah, I agree... the minute a leader stops listening to the people is the minute they stop being a good leader. And as for Mz. Clinton, i've never had the desire to vote for her... but it's not because she's a woman, it's because she's an idiot. I wouldnt say that ALL women would make bad presidents. just like I wouldnt say that all MEN would. because many men HAVEN'T. :smirk:

If Obama gets the nomination he will win. If Hillary gets the nomination, there are enough people in the country who hate her that any goofball republican could win. Gore could probably also win against any republican.

Why would the democratic party nominate a hate magnet whose only qualification is being the wife of the last good president, when there are at least two other candidates who would almost certainly win the presidency if nominated.

Hillary is the only democratic candidate that stands a chance to loose.

With Hilary I figure at best, its another 8 years of Bill, at worst, she's still going to be a hell of a lot better than Bush Jr. or even Sr.

I believe Obama is losing in polling match-ups against the major Republican candidates.

I believe he was raised Muslim but doesn't practice.

As for Hillary, I think she'd be good at some job- but not President. Presidents have to get along with people, and get people to go along with them. She's too polarizing. She really is a smart and knowledgeable and educated person- but nobody likes her.

Sucks being Hillary...

Actually they decided that Chelsea would be first lady if Hillary were prez. The concern is that having a former president act as first lady would be a violation of the two term limit. It would be too much power for Bill.
