myc present in all jars.

a couple of jars i've seen a couple of spots of green. near top of rye

the jars were innoc five days ago.


they rye tek was boil and load.

using poly fill and double -triple layer coffe filters on top.used alchoal on jar lids
before and after innoc.

You have to read more, grains must be PCed in order to achieve good sterilization. You could have soldered an iron plate at the top to prevent airborn contams from the outside but if your substrate isn't fully sterilized you get what you've just got.
If your jars are near being fully colonize you could try cutting the contaminated areas and start the casings right away, if not , that's a game over.

no fuckin shit they were pcd. after simmer and loading the jars.

the rye tek anno sugg. = no contam.
just colonization.

Let me get it right. So, you say you used two teks and innoculated at diferent times. Well, what's the diference between the two teks ?
Anyway, i still believe the problem was grain sterilization.
