I MEAN:
mostly when you satirize the jars a few endospore survive.
but they are just a few and let the mycelium enough time to colonize properly.
the problem is when you shake it too much the bacteria are dispersing all trough the substrate.
these competitors are also mostly faster colonizer than our good mycelium.
and here we got it,they don't let the mycelium recover anyway or just hard.
thats why i just shake it once or max. twice.

add some dry powdered coir to your jars to help soak up some of the wetness.
