Jars Stalled... Maybe

Had a quick question for you folks. Say I had some pint jars and they stalled at about 80-90% colonization. I, not positive that these actually stalled (as it would be odd for all of them to do so), decided to spawn them all to hpoo.
Well, now its been about 7 days since spawned to hpoo and I don't really notice much colonization among the hpoo. This could be due to having them in air tight bags. Today I moved them to a monotub setup.
Here are the questions: 1. If a jar does stall what are the chances of getting it out of its stall after spawning to hpoo? 2. If I haven't noticed any real difference in the colonization of the hpoo now (7 days after spawn) does that mean all is lost? 3. What are the main causes of stalling?
Thanks guys,
-CT

What substrate are you using? Is this your first grow? Did you pasteurize your poo? Did you add anything else to the poo to make it a more suitable colonizing substrate?
What tek are you following?

hpoo is my substrate, just grain to hpoo. Hpoo is pasteurized. didnt add anything to hpoo, was pre-ordered from mycopath.

1. YOu can spawn to whatever bulk you want with 90% colonization, but make sure you remove all uncolonized substrate. 2. No, your bags are air tight==> bad, you need gas exchange during the colonization stages. 3. Contamination; Mold or bacteria...If you cant see any visible mold, then your substrate might be too damp, thus helping Wetspot bacteria along....

Moved all the substrate from the airtight bags to monotub. The hpoo did seem pretty damp when I was moving it. What actions should I take to possible salvage things?
Thanks,
