hey all, been reading this site for ages, and i am finally going on my first trip tomorrow, sunday. i'm going with 4 friends, one of which has done it three times before and the rest, including myself, are new to it. we'll be in a great park area in the berkeley hills. we feel confident about everything, just asking for any last minute suggestions for what to bring or what to try. ideas?

Take along some trip tunes, maybe some small trip toys, glowsticks, stuff like that. Make sure you have warm clothes or a blanket if it gets really cold. Try not to eat too much food a few hours before dosing to keep the nausea to a minimum.
Most important thing, take a positive attitude and have fun! Don't forget to relax

Do 'em at dusk, BRING MUSIC!! Beatles are awesome! Magical Mystery Tour and Sgt Pepper's also Rush - Moving Pictures.

Shroomin in the dark is BEST!! Bring a laser pointer.

Bring fresh, crisp, dark, sweet Bing Cherries!! What a treat as you're coming down!!

Weed can make some people paranoid. You should just do shrooms by themselves first to see how it goes, then try smoking next time.
