So this thread has been a long time coming. This will be the first time I've told anyone about this problem. It probably embarrasses me more than it should.
I haven't been to a doctor to get diagnosed with anything, but I did go to Web MD to check it out. I narrowed it down to one thing; Spermatocele. So basically they are white bumps on the testicles caused by small tubes that transport semen to the urethra getting clogged with dead sperm. This doesn't seem to bad really, but its effecting me more psychological. I've had them since I was like 15 and I've always been sort of shy so this has obviously effected my nonexistent sex life. Every time I think about it I don't know how I would explain to a chick that knows nothing about it that its not an STD. Then rumors would start maybe, and so n and so forth. So basically I'm making this thread to ask FEMALES a few questions:
What would you do if, right before having sex, a guy tells you about his spermatoceles?
What would you do if you found out about a guys spermatoceles during or after having sex?
Just to clarify all responses are welcome, I'm just more interested in the female answers.

Quoted from the website you linked: "How is it treated?
Spermatoceles are not usually dangerous and are treated only when they cause pain or embarrassment or when they decrease the blood supply to the penis (rare). Treatment is not usually needed if a spermatocele does not change in size or gets smaller as the body reabsorbs the fluid.
If the spermatocele gets larger or causes discomfort, a procedure to remove the spermatocele (spermatocelectomy) may be needed."
You could always go back to your doctor (or a new one) and request to have the procedure done due to the emotional trauma it is causing you.
Personally, I have a cyst near one of my testicles that has been there for a long time, like 8-9 years. Its about the 1/8th the size of a normal testicle, and noticeable if you feel around for it. It has never really given my any trouble with girls, in fact most of them were very understanding or interested by it. I mean honestly what is there to flip out about.
You have a cyst dude, its not lethal or harmful to anyone, in any way. I would say, because it is not any of the above, there is no need to mention it. Why the fuck would you tell a girl that? Thats like telling a girl all the little things you think is wrong with yourself on a first date... why the hell would anyone do that?
After you develop a relationship with the girl, if she asks, tell her the truth, its spermatocele, some kind of cyst. And if a girl you just met, happens to notice on the first fuck, which is highly unlikely anyways, tell her the same, "its a cyst, they call it spermatocele or something." so fucking what is the answer to your question. its not really that big of a deal.
You gotta remember also that women have a tendency to worry about their imperfections as well. So why you're worrying about your imperfections over here, shes worrying about her imperfections over there, and you're both just wasting energy and time. Go talk to whatever girl you're into, stop worrying about the little shit cause its really not that big of a deal in the end.
Use your energy for more fruitful things, like finding happiness

Did you even read the description that you posted of the condition you think you have?
What you described and what that page describes are not even close to the same thing...

What the site said
Quote:
A spermatocele (epididymal cyst) is a sperm-filled cyst in the long, tightly coiled tube that lies above and behind each testicle (epididymis). It feels like a smooth, firm lump in the scrotum on top of the testicle.
What I said:
Quote:
So basically they are white bumps on the testicles caused by small tubes that transport semen to the urethra getting clogged with dead sperm.
I see little difference.
and mickdawg666, thanks for the advice. I always knew that it was nothing to be too concerned with. Just coupled with my innate shyness it kind of crippled the game I have yet to develop. I have had a few go away in the manner the page describes (painful infected puss ejection), but I really don't have the money to have them surgical removed, and there is no pill or noninvasive cheep ways to get rid of them.
