Those spines are large for T. pachanoi., I think that may be T. peruvianus (Peruvian torch). My T. pachanoi has very tiny spines, almost nonexistant ones.

Does look alot like a peruvian torch, the only thing stopping me from saying it is for sure is: the spines towards the top seem very dark. The only ones I've seen have only slight dark patches at the base of the spines, but it could just be the conditions it grows under.

It could also be a sort of cross between the two lol, alot of people say that trichocereus peruvianus is a type of san pedro and not a seperate cactus so they should look like each other.

Enough rambling, I'd say its a trichocereus peruvianus, now where's me prize????

Actually looking at it again, I don't think it has long enough spines to be a peruvian. On all the ones I have you can't touch the cactus without getting a spine in you. It looks like you could manage it with yours.

Just be happy you've got one of the two lol.
