Anyone know anything regarding how empty(or not) one's stomach should be before munching?

I'd go empty, because shrooms are known to cause stomach problems, so, thas what I do, because if their is nothing in your stomach, you have nothing to throw up.

I usually would eat about 4-5 hours before consuming psychaelics.

some people recommend not eating for a whole day, but tripping while you're hungry sucks imho. And it's not really fun to eat while your tripping hard as well. I'd rather eat a bit before tripping and having to eat some more shrooms as well to get the same effect rather than having your trip ruined. Luckily I don't have any stomach problems with shrooms so I can understand that some people rather have an empty stomach.

Take a Benadryl or any motion sickness/nausea supressant and that should help. My friend always gets bad nausea while tripping so he takes 2 benadryl 30 mins before he munches down the mush, works like a charm he sais.

I have to agree with psyflux, tripping while hungry kind of sucks. I ate about six hours before tripping and was hungry half way through. I tried eating something but couldn't stomache much. Fresh fruit was good though. Next time I'll try eating Three hours before, maybe I won't get hungry or sick.

give them some respect, and youself for that matter, and fast the day your going to trip. Especially at higher doses you do not want food to be in the way.. you will not be hungry after you begin to trip. If this is hard for you, try fasting one day a month or something like that to get used to it.

Personally, if I gotta puke and can get to an acceptable place, I'd rather have someting to puke up.
