cake freshness--
    #724668 - 07/05/02 11:42 AM (22 years, 5 months ago)

ive had a cake just sitting in its jar for about 2-3 months--- never had the change/time to grow it-- does anyone know how long a cake will last, and if i were to grow, what would i do differently knowing the cake is fairly old...

-thanks

When you open up the lid, just take a small wiff just to make sure it's not contaminated... make sure you don't see any odd colors on the cake. if no bad small and no odd colors, then it should work.
