attention moderators , regarding casing!!

I did a 50/50 casing on the 1st of july using vermiculite and jiffy mix. I used SHROOM WIZARDS CASING TEK. So, i have been keeping the casing in small rubbermaid shoebox type containers with seran wrap as the first lid, and the non transparent lid as the second, to keep the humidity/moisture content level up. Also, I have kept the containers temp. between 76 and 85 degrees is this o.k.?? So far i have seen a few small spots of white mycellium and have covered them with "patching" of casing. Should I now leave my casings alone? Or are there other steps I should be doing(misting, fresh air exchange, raising the temp ,etc.) I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE COMMENTS SUGGESTIONS!!! THANK YOU ALL!!
