I was wondering whats the best time to go looking for pan subbs? like early morning around 4am? or late evening?

I heard they grow well around horse dung, this true?

Any time of the day works.
The real questions you should be asking yourself are what time you want to go looking depending on where you will be hunting and the legalities, and if this is possibly a banned question that could have been answered if I looked at the forum rules.

6am to 8pm are the primary pan subb hours. If you go out much earlier or later than that, it gets hard to see them.
