I agree but is P. subfimetaria as sharply umbonate as these specimens and is it a wood lover?

beutifull inski , why don´t you put this plant in the ground with more woodchips , i hope never exhaust the nutrients but also like to see then next year,,jaja , it took long time to grow and developed spores gland you find out and this time they seem more perfect i meam , cause sometimes they have crazy forms in your past post, i love all the pictures ,hope you post more. i´´ll love to see a big pot or bed next year , would be good to have an army of this babys guarding your house jaja . all my best

Excellent! Cultivation attempts are underway with cleeen's sample. Hopefully I'll succeed enough to get a few mushrooms for further examination.

You should come up with a nickname to label this species. Like nursery psilocybe or New Zealand flowerpot psilocybe.

The name scientific name Psilocybe inskii would have to be published and proven to be new to be official and using it now might confuse things later.

Inski's Psilocybe is good though.
